If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to FurniSpot.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to www.FurniSpot.com website operated by FurniSpot.
  • Website refers to www.FurniSpot.com, operated by FurniSpot.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours of placing an order from our website or store. All our products follow ‘Made-to-Order’ method and we only start assembling/manufacturing our products once we receive an order. As such, we won’t be accepting any cancellation request after 24 hours of receiving an order.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day of cancellation. We will provide You the refund as ‘FurniSpot voucher’ which can be used in our Website or Store for any purchase with 12 months validity and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returns Policy

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were delivered in the last 7 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.

The following Goods can NOT be returned:

  • Goods that have been damaged willfully or has been altered with.
  • Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

The cost of transportation of goods to be repaired or replaced is to be borne by You except for replacement due to in-transit damage if notified at the time of the delivery. As such, the refund amount for any such returns would be adjusted for the delivery costs associated with the product based on Your delivery location. For example, if the order value was Rs. 5000 and delivery cost (as per delivery partner’s invoice) was Rs. 500, the refund amount would be Rs. 4500 (Rs. 5000 less Rs. 500).

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any order that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Damage Claims

In cases where the delivered Goods are found to be damaged, You have the right to return make a damage claim in the below conditions –

  • Goods were delivered in the last 24 hours.
  • Images for the damaged product has been received by FurniSpot within 24 hours of the delivery.
  • Goods are in the original packaging.

What is considered as damaged?

  • Damaged – Item delivered was damaged in transit.
  • Defective – Item delivered has manufacturing flaw which impacts the intended use of the product.
  • Difference – Item delivered is different in dimension, shape or color from the one mentioned in our website.
  • Missing – Item delivered is incomplete or has components missing.
  • Not Functional – Item delivered is not operational or working.

The following cases will NOT be eligible for damage claim:

  • Goods that have been damaged willfully or has been altered with.
  • Goods that have installed or assembled inappropriately without following our product specific manual.

Once Your damage claim is verified and accepted, We would arrange for pickup of the damaged product and will provide You 100% refund. Please note that We only provide refunds as ‘FurniSpot Voucher’ with 12 months validity, which can be used across our store or website.

We reserve the right to refuse any damage claim that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.

Refunds

All refunds whether related to cancellation or return or damage claim, will only be made as ‘FurniSpot Voucher’ which has a validity of 12 months. Refunds would be processed within 7 days of cancellation or receiving the returned item.

Please follow the below cases for calculation of the refund amount –

  • In cases where the received Good is damaged, We would pick up the product and refund You 100% of the order value as FurniSpot voucher.
  • In cases where the return request is NOT due to damage, the refund amount would be adjusted for associated shipping costs of the product. For example, if the order value was Rs. 5000 and shipping cost (as per our shipping partner’s invoice) was Rs. 500, the refund amount would be Rs. 4500 (Rs. 5000 less Rs. 500). Shipping costs will vary according to the delivery location.
  • If returned Goods are not in original packaging, we would adjust the refund amount appropriately.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any order that does not meet our terms and conditions in our sole discretion.

FurniSpot Voucher Policy

FurniSpot vouchers are Our store/website exclusive vouchers that are equivalent to regular cash and can be used as an alternative payment method. All refunds whether related to cancellation or return or damage claim, will only be made as ‘FurniSpot Voucher’.

FurniSpot vouchers can be used as per below conditions –

  • Vouchers have a maximum validity of 12 months from the date of issuance, and can be redeemed at Our website and store.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
  • Vouchers are valid for a single transaction only and any unused amount will be forfeited.
  • FurniSpot will not be responsible for lost vouchers or expired vouchers. We do not allow extension of the expiry date.
  • Vouchers can be used over and above any ongoing discount and promotion.
  • Order amount above the voucher value will have to be settled.

We reserve the right to refuse vouchers that does not meet our terms and conditions in our sole discretion.
